As a Cleanroom Technician, you will carry out Standard Operating Procedures involved in high-efficiency manufacturing, visual inspection, material handling, and inventory control. You will operate various equipment such as semi-automated machines, vacuum sealers, presses, label applicators, scales, and temperature-controlled devices. Completing batch records and manufacturing documents according to quality systems standards and maintaining accurate inventory records using our online material resource planning tool (E1) are essential parts of this role. You will also train other team members, perform line lead duties, and work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.
ResponsibilitiesCarry out Standard Operating Procedures involved in high efficiency manufacturing, visual inspection, material handling, and inventory control.Operate various equipment such as semi-automated machines, vacuum sealers, presses, label applicators, scales, and temperature-controlled devices.Complete all batch records and manufacturing documents according to quality systems standards.Maintain accurate inventory of products and inventory records using an online material resource planning tool (E1).Use our inventory management system (E1) to perform labor hour issuing and completion of work orders.Train other team members on techniques and processes.Perform line lead duties such as setup, delegation of roles within the process, and provide troubleshooting.Raise equipment issues to the maintenance team.Complete production schedule to plan and maintain sufficient output levels measured on an hourly basis.Recognize deviations from accepted practice in semi-routine work situations.Work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.Stand for extended periods performing repetitive motions.Flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentSome experience in a manufacturing-based environmentAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Good Documentation PracticesExperience in ISO and/or GMP manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates in a cleanroom environment. The work schedule is from 1 PM to 9:30 PM, with the possibility of working 1 to 2 Saturdays a month.
