**This is a 3rd shift position on our Membrane line. Hours for this role are M-F, 10:00pm-6:30am.**

The ideal candidate for Membrane will have some machine operation experience, including basic troubleshooting skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

-Understand and follow all safety procedures.

-Maintain a clean and safe work area.

-Perform and document production of finished products and intermediates.

-Perform and document testing on finished products and intermediates.

-Follow manufacturing procedures and specifications.

-Assign lot numbers for material traceability.

-Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, Inspection Logs, etc).

-Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product. 

-Clean mix vessels on assigned frequencies.

-Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel and provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.

-Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.
