Position Summary: 
Our Manufacturing Operators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for running machines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities as needed. 

Specific Responsibilities: 
Note: We are hiring for a variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs different products which ultimately changes the operator role. We will provide you more specific details of the facility for the open roles. 

Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standardsAbility to accurately record production and qualityAbility to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspaceAble to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a teamPerform all initial and secondary job requirements proficientlyPerform inspection of productsReport production figuresKeep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Assist in setup of workstation

Part Time Schedule: 
Our Casual (Part-Time) Operators are hired to supplement our full-time workforce. Casual operators have a set schedule of 3-days a week and you are never required to work outside of that. There is opportunity to pick up additional hours or overtime if available, based off of production needs. Schedule options are based off of current needs and not all schedules may be available at the time of application.
