**Manufacturing Operator (Swing Shift)** **Pay Rate: $24.42/hr** **Shift: 2:15pm - 10pm Monday - Friday** **Description** - Machine Operator for Monolithic department will work in a team environment and operate heavy manufacturing equipment. - Ability to work, communicate and participate in a lean and fast changing environment. - Requires interface with computer controlled systems. - Frequent troubleshooting of both mechanical and computer equipment issues. - Must be able to enter data accurately and follow written instructions using the shop floor computer system. - Team members are also expected to share in team activities, which include participation in meetings, giving and receiving feedback, sending and reading e-mail, housekeeping and safety activities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook) would be an asset. • SAP Experience desired but not required. • 6+ months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. • Motivated by challenges and solving problems, this candidate has a history of exceeding expectations, thrives in a fast paced, customer driven organization, excels in a team environment and exhibits flexibility in order to effectively manage an ever changing work flow. • Capable of participating in LEAN exercises. • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing “Lean Manufacturing” environment • Exceptional attention to detail **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
