Manufacturing Operator Team B

The team member is responsible for multiple manufacturing projects as required by a supervisor and team lead. The job duties include but not limited to the following:

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and quality environment. Maintain the productivity throughout the shift and make necessary corrective action when deviation occur. Communicate and coordinate with other members for a seamless shift to shift transition.

Experience/Requirements:

High School Diploma. 

Must be able to work weekend hours. Overtime may be required.

Participate in the team huddle at the beginning of the shift. Ensure the shift start up goes smooth. Be part of the team and share team members duties. Perform all daily and run to run checks. Willingness and  carryout cross training with other departments. Must be technically inclined with mechanical skills. Experience with problem analysis and resolution and reporting and documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement. Experience with 5S considered a plus, but not required. Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency Any personnel challenge arises do seek support from the team lead 5S the area and encourage members to keep the area clean and free of hazards. Experience with networked PC based computer system. (Excel, Email, and MRP).

Working Conditions

Good working conditions. Safety Glasses, Closed toe shoes and job specific PPE required.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 20 lbs, Walking or standing for extended period.

Safety Requirements
