Quality Control:

Make adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.

Material Handling:
Load and unload paper, ink, and other materials into and from the press.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs to the appropriate personnel.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to press operation.

Production Scheduling:
Work closely with production planners to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Communicate any delays or challenges that may impact the schedule.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including machine assistants and supervisors, to achieve production goals.
Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.

Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate records of job specifications, production output, and equipment maintenance.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Experience working in a manufacturing clean room as a machine operator, tooling technician, cleaning/bagger, finisher or Quality Inspector

No Degree Required

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Press Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
Knowledge of printing press operations, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
