We are seeking and experienced Outside Sales Representative – Kansas City, MO to join our clients sales team!

 

Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission 1st Year Expected Earnings: $80,000+ (with potential to exceed!) Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities with a stable and expanding company Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, and providing industrial locking solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales development, forecasting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations  Provide technical product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right solutions Participate in market research, sales planning, and forecasting Manage customer inquiries, proposals, and order processing efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity What We’re Looking For: Previous outside sales experience in a B2B or industrial environment (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Technical aptitude to understand and explain industrial locking products Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to travel within the Kansas City area to meet clients Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Work Environment:

This role involves a hybrid work structure, including office-based duties and on-site client visits. Standard office equipment and tools will be utilized regularly.
