Job Description:

Location: Danbury, Connecticut

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Packing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a manufacturing environment. The Packing Associate will play a key role in ensuring that products are handled with care and meet quality standards before leaving the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders or production schedules.
• Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring that packaging meets company and safety standards.
• Use appropriate packing materials to prevent product damage during transit.
• Inspect products for quality and defects before packing.
• Ensure that all items are correct according to the order and meet the required specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating product counts as items are picked and packed.
• Report any discrepancies or low stock levels to supervisors or managers.
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent warehouse or manufacturing experience required.
• Speak, read and write English.
• Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment (i.e. scan guns, printers).
• Average manual dexterity (Hand to eye coordination).
