**Job Description** : The Manufacturing Performance Analyst position supports Indovinya’s Digital Transformation journey. Company value unlocked through optimization of manufacturing processes via data analysis in order to drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements. Additionally, dashboards development to display performance metrics, will enable data-driven decision-making for stakeholders. **What will be expected from you?** With moderate supervision and Little decision-making: + Support Regional Safety & Environmental Goals through participation in EH&S programs and other Safety initiatives as set forth by the company. Participates in and completes company required training programs. + Assists with the development, validation and maintenance of manufacturing performance metrics including but not limited to Manufacturing cost, OEE, Yields and Raw Material Efficiency, Energy Intensity, Waste Generation, Working Inventory and Quality. + Collaborate with Indovinya line manufacturing leadership to identify opportunities to use Digital Transformative tools to deliver value and meet manufacturing improvement goals. + Support implementation and sustainability of advanced process control applications KPIs and reporting. + Support implementation and sustainability of Advanced Process Models (Digital Twins). + Lead the implementation and sustainability of Machine Learning or other advanced Mathematical tools. + Support Indovinya Manufacturing Performance Metrics including definition, analysis, and visualization. + Lead implementation of defined standardization and develop metrics automation along with reporting to enable Manufacturing units to focus on improving their performance. + Assist Manufacturing SMEs in the use of statistical and data analysis tools to identify value generating opportunities for manufacturing performance evaluated against manufacturing performance metrics. This includes unit specific performance metrics and implementation of visualization techniques. + Lead implementation of automated collection and collation of data from various sources to be fed to centrally accessible system(s). + Perform post-implementation and ongoing audits of Data acquisition systems performance. + Must be comfortable navigating complex data sources such as SAP or SQL and identify & extract the information needed for Data Visualization Analysis. + Must be proficient in using programming tools and techniques to collate, reformat and preprocess data extractions so that they are present in a suitable format for proper analysis and visualization. + Assist with performing benchmarking studies of either internal-to-internal facilities or internal-to-external facilities. + Support the Indovinya wide Digital transformation activities, providing incite on IOD’s experience to other verticals and leveraging best practices back to the IOD vertical. + Ensure that the activities are carried out to comply with the integrated management system, as applicable (safety, food safety, GMP, health, environmental, quality and responsible care requirements). + Essential functions require presence in the workplace on a regular basis and an ability to work extra hours if needed. If applicable, ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives. + Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives. + Assists other employees in accomplishments of Indovinya company goals. Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. **What are we looking for in the Ideal candidate?** + Requires as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. Preference for a Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Other degrees in Mathematics or Computer Science will be considered with relevant process experience in a petrochemical or refining facility. + A Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus. + Minimum 3 years operations related experience in the petrochemical or refining industries. + Strong technical capabilities to understand, implement and support cutting edge tools such as, Digital twins, machine learning and advanced statistics. + Six Sigma, Digital Ambassador or other relevant Digital tool certifications are a plus. + Must have a level of proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office programs. + Must be comfortable programing in Phyton language. + Must be versed using and programing visualization tools such Tableau and Power BI. + Must be familiar with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) process. **What can we offer you?** Indorama Ventures – Indovinya is a global and innovative chemical company, offering sustainable and high-value solutions for the long-term success of our customers.
