**Job Title: Maintenance Planner**
**Job Description**
Plan and prioritize work requests into work orders and coordinate with Supervisors/Leads to determine accurate estimates of time for Operation/Facility Techs, Equipment, Tool Usage, PIP, Capital/Non-Capital Projects, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Contractor/Outside Services, and Preflight.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with Operations, Production Scheduling, and Maintenance personnel to coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance activities ensuring continuous, optimal operation of facilities and equipment with minimal production disruption.
+ Help translate department maintenance procedures into effective maintenance schedules integrated with production runs, shutdown activities, and resource availability.
+ Assist the Maintenance department in developing and implementing maintenance programs including Preventative Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance, and Spare Parts Inventory Control through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM).
+ Collect and organize technical data from Maintenance personnel, equipment manufacturers, equipment users, contractors, and engineering personnel to aid supervisors in the execution of maintenance activities.
+ Assist in developing department maintenance SOPs and translating them into effective maintenance schedules.
+ Provide routine reports of facilities and maintenance-related information.
+ Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting analysis.
+ Lead Global Maintenance teams in the development and optimization of Preventative Maintenance programs.
+ Determine scope of requirements on non-capital projects.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM)

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronic, PLC's, mechanical equipment, refrigeration systems, boilers, and facilities.
+ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

**Work Environment**
Majority of the plant is climate controlled. Typical food manufacturing environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when going out on the floor. This position operates on the 1st shift.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Denison, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00
-Weekly pay
-Benefits start on day 1
-1st year, PTO accrues 1.5 hours per week
-Shift differentials (1/hr for 3rd, .50/hr for 2nd)
-Very strong progression plan for pay. They have senior techs making mid 40s
