You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Production, Planning, and Control organization in Camden, AR. Our team is responsible for working closely with various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, program, and procurement, to meet production schedule requirements and drive business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining detailed manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient production. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the integrity of production systems to guarantee data and inventory accuracy
• Performing make planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions
• Coordinating with Manufacturing and Operations Management to determine the most effective lot sizing strategy for make assemblies
• Collaborating with various departments to meet production schedule requirements
• Monitoring, investigating, analyzing, and resolving special projects, problems, or metrics related to inventory accuracy, work orders, and capacity
• Initiating DD250s for product sell-off to customers upon concurrence from contracts and quality teams

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and supply and demand management principles, with a strong understanding of their application in production planning and control.
• Strong ability in creating and maintaining accurate manufacturing schedules to support production planning and control.
• Technical expertise in utilizing an ERP system and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize processes, and drive business decisions.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance, not required to start
Desired Skills:
• Written and verbal skills to effectively communicate
with managers, directors, employees and customers
• Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team
environment and alone
• DD250 experience
• Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt trained

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
