What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing production systems integrity and driving inventory optimization to minimize cost.
• Developing integrated operating plans.
• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the HIMARS program. Our team is responsible for making sure all materials are at the right place at the right time to produce end products for our customers.
