Responsibilities:
Compliance: Adhere to company procedures, policies, and all applicable EHS rules and regulations. Ensure 100% regulatory training and proper use of PPE.Execution: Manage Oracle invoices and create export documents, including invoices in English and Romanian, notes of consumption, and notices of liquidation. Coordinate with customs and update relevant data in Berg. Provide necessary documents to the Financial Department.Lean Transformation: Participate in AWO events and apply Lean tools to improve processes and efficiency.Requirements:
Experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.English proficiency at B1 level.Open-minded, team-oriented, innovative, and self-confident.Strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, and objective approach.Join us and contribute to our mission of excellence in material and production planning.
