The purpose of this position is to provide program support to both Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and the Product Engineering organizations. In this capacity, the position will support/facilitate manufacturing process improvement efforts and plans. This position will also be responsible for implementing cost reductions, introduce and implement Statistical Process Control techniques as well as associated measurement and control systems, assist and develop Training program initiatives, and provide administrative and program support to engineering activities at the site.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
4 Year degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial)Strong knowledge of forging or metal working processes preferredAble to drive change in demanding atmosphereSPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
