In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine processes that enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process engineering or similar role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma or Lean certification.Experience working in the fasteners segment of the aerospace industry is a plus.Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques (additive manufacturing, precision machining, etc.).
