The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative manufacturing systems, optimizing production processes, and leading quality and compliance requirements.

**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze Current Processes: Identify areas for improvement in existing manufacturing processes, implement LEAN Methodologies to eliminate waste.
+ Design and Implement New Processes for New Product Introduction: Develop new processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
+ Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to understand product requirements and lead compliance and qualification activities.
+ Conduct Designed Experiments and Analyze Data on product designs and manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost and output.
+ Use CAD Software: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks) for process design, fixtures and equipment.
+ Develop Process Control Techniques: Implement process control techniques and procedures to ensure product meets specifications and processes remain in control.
+ Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on new processes, trouble shooting and problem solving.
+ Ensure Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with safety, health, environmental, and QMS regulations.
+ Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate and resolve any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and equipment.
+ Prepare Reports: Prepare detailed reports and present results to management and other stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) from an accredited college/university.
+ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
+ Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

+ Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
+ Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
+ Proven Leadership experience and skills.
