Job Responsibilities:
Process Standardization
Develop, document, and implement standardized manufacturing processes aligned with MAFACT principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear, repeatable workflows and minimize process variability.Monitor adherence to established standards and drive corrective actions for deviations.Operational Excellence
Conduct regular assessments of existing manufacturing systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.Implement best practices to optimize production performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Utilize data-driven approaches, such as KPls and analytics, to measure and improve process outcomes.Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Lead Kaizen events and other lean manufacturing projects to drive continuous improvement.Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis sessions to address operational challenges.Encourage employee involvement in improvement activities to foster a culture of innovation.Advanced Manufacturing Technology
Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and digital solutions.Support the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.Conduct training for plant staff on new technologies and process changes.MAFACT System Implementation
Serve as the site or regional champion for MAFACT deployment, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Provide training and coaching on MAFACT modules to team members at all levels.Perform audits to assess MAFACT implementation status and progress, identifying areas for improvement.Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of process designs, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Prepare and present reports on operational performance, process improvements, and project progress.Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track progress toward operational standardizationCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production Teams to integrate advanced manufacturing systems.Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics Teams to align material flow and inventory processes with MAFACT principles.Liaise with global teams to share best practices and adopt lessons learned from other facilities.Training and Development
Develop training materials and programs to upskill employees in advanced manufacturing practices.Mentor plant personnel on MAFACT methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Conduct workshops to increase awareness of the importance of standardization and advanced manufacturing systems.Compliance and Sustainability
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Promote sustainability initiatives by optimizing energy usage, reducing waste, and adopting eco friendly manufacturing practices.Strategic Planning
Participate in the development of long-term strategies for operational efficiency and advanced manufacturing systems.Identify opportunities to expand the use of MAFACT across other operational domains.Align manufacturing initiatives with broader corporate goals to ensure consistency and scalabilityRequirements
