The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

Three years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing process improvement management role Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning Software experience Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings A manufacturing related degree A solid work history A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within 45 minutes
