Manufacturing Process Lead I - 1st Shift - $31.50/HR
Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift:  Mon - Fri  5am – 2:00pm, OT based on production needs

What you will do:

Meet individual and team area productivity targets. Will perform individual production approximately 90% of the dayAllocate resources within area based on business metricsProvide coverage as needed for all processes within the areaPoint of contact as issues arise. Create work orders and follow up for closure and root cause explanationLead continuous improvement projects within areaPerform leader standard work (LSW) and quality audits within areaPresent team metrics and expose problems using the MDI process. Provide commitments at Tier 1, with a focus on accuracy.  Escalate issues that require outside assistance to Tier 2Responsible for near miss reporting and actionsProject and track productivity accuracy and drive process improvement. Identify critical operations that contribute to productivity numbersMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

Required

High School Diploma or GEDThree (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to drive team to success, time management, multitasking, creative thinking, and problem solvingLean 6 Sigma trained
