Job Title: Associate of Manufacturing
Location: Rhode Island (100% Onsite - No relocation candidates)
Shift Schedule:
+ Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM
+ Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM (15% differential)
+ Rotation: Week 1: 5 working days, Week 2: 2 working days
Ideal Candidate:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Good written communication
+ Team player
+ Safety-focused with lab exposure
+ Experience in batch chemicals or chemical processing
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience
Job Description:
Support manufacturing in a dynamic production environment, following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities:
+ Set-up, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment
+ Weigh buffers/media per procedures
+ Follow GMP documents
+ Perform and monitor critical processes
+ In-process sampling and operating analytical equipment
+ Maintain organized workspace
+ Work in clean room with gowning
+ Handle quality deviation reports
+ Draft and revise SOPs
+ Identify and implement improvements
+ Review documentation for assigned tasks
+ Work around high-pressure systems and heavy equipment
+ Available for various shifts
+ Support Lean Transformation and OE initiatives
+ Develop relationships within the department
+ Support DIB initiatives
+ Maintain a positive work environment
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
