Purpose:  The purpose of the Manufacturing Production Coordinator is to ensure that the production department meets its goals by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate communication of day-to-day tasks to the production team. Coordinate workflow, maintain large order log, coordinate rush requests with production and follow through to completion. Collaborate with external and internal customers to ensure issues and/or client priorities are addressed and expedited in a timely manner.  Develop & distribute production schedules and work orders to departments Completion of daily reports including items shipped on tome, delayed orders and other client specific requests.  Direct the daily work of the Pulls Runners including follow-up on daily tasks. Manage internal and external cases including but not limited to incorrect addresses and production issues.
