SUMMARY: Supervise personnel and activities on assigned shift to ensure timely production of quality products in a safe manner.

  Responsibilities Responsible for achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals on the shiftSupervise production activities and provide direction and support shiftEnforce Company policies, safety standards, quality, GMP’s and ISO proceduresAddress employee concerns, resolve problems, train, coach and discipline employeesResponsible for accurate production reporting (Mattec/WebEFF) and timekeepingDrive improvements in production efficiency and MEEFDirect work assignments and ensure efficient labor utilizationOther duties as assignedAccepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
