Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured with utmost efficiency, and meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the production teamMaintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and inventoryEnsure safety procedures are followed in accordance with OSHA regulationsImplement and maintain EH&S Management policies and proceduresIdentify areas for improvement and implement process development initiativesConduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issuesManage production flow to optimize efficiency and minimize wasteDevelop and implement corrective action plans to address production failures

Qualifications:

Experience supervising production in a manufacturing environmentProven experience with OSHA, and EH&S ManagementExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
