You Will

Ensure associates are working in a safe manner and they understand Plastipak's commitment to safetyAccountable for disciplinary action as well as retentionResponsible for maintaining a high level of motivationResponsible for timely completion of performance evaluationsAccountable for driving safety, quality, reliability and scrap priorities

You Have

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates degree preferredMinimum of three to five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work 7 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
