Manufacturing Production - Team Leader (Professionals) (M2)

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
Working as part of a dynamic team that provides
tooling support to the Siemens Energy Field Service Organization. The
Production Manager is responsible for ensuring tooling readiness by leading
personnel and managing tool demands based on Outage Forecasting. The safety and
development of the employees will be your highest priority while, also,
delivering a quality product in scheduled timing.
Leadership, management, communication, and data
management skills will be applied daily to ensure the satisfactory completion
of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a
production/manufacturing environment where LEAN practices were utilized to
deliver finished products.
Some travel (10%) required.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Supervise and lead production staff,providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance whilefostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, safety,and continuous improvement.
+ Develop and implement production schedulesto meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
+ Monitor production progress and adjustschedules as necessary to ensure timely delivery and identify areas forprocess improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reducewaste.
+ Ensure that all products meet qualitystandards and specifications and compliance with health and safetyregulations and company policies. Implement and maintain quality controlprocesses and procedures and conduct regular safety audits and trainingsessions for production staff.
+ Apply lean manufacturing principles andother methodologies to optimize production processes and analyzeproduction data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
+ Prepare and present production reports tosenior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas forimprovement.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 8+years of equivalent technical experience preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience inoperations/project management/LEAN (recommended)
+ Knowledgeable in combustion turbine andsteam turbine tooling/equipment.
+ Foster team dynamics and developcompetencies within the team.
+ Effective written and oral communicationskills.
+ Extensive background in computer programssuch as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SAP, etc.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission
power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission
power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and
generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
