As a Manufacturing Production worker, you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSet up, operate, and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of powdered metal contacts.\r\n\tFollow work instructions and operate mixing equipment\r\n\tSetup production furnaces to run at specific settings\r\n\tMonitor press equipment and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality\r\n\tPerform first piece inspection using gauges and operate SPC software\r\n\tPerform changeovers on various equipment\r\n\tUse SAP software to complete order transactions\r\n\tMaintain production records and documentation\r\n\tMaintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)\r\n\tOperate the welding, processing, and assembly equipment in the weld cell\r\n\tRead and follow written instructions\r\n\tRead and understand a part print\r\n\tPerform equipment set up and changeovers on all welders\r\n\r\n\r\n

The ideal Manufacturing production candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to read and understand written materials\r\n\tAbility to follow work instructions\r\n\tAbility to clearly communicate with team members\r\n\tAbility to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time\r\n\t Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment\r\n\tBasic computer skills\r\n\tPrevious manufacturing experience preferred\r\n\tHigh School Diploma or GED\r\n\tDexterity to assemble small parts\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Different Schedules available:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\t1st shift-7am-3pm Monday-Friday\r\n\t2nd shift- 3pm-11am Monday-Friday\r\n\t3rd Shift-11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay Rate: $24.00 an hour
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
