We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead operational projects and drive critical deadlines at our expanding site in Claremont, NH!

How will you make an impact? 

The Project Manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for one or more area of production at Mikros Technologies (a Jabil Company).  Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for production schedules, project management and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.

What will you do?

Responsible for ensuring all of the production requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for executionBuild team(s) to address the project goals and objectivesCollaborate with customer (internal or external) from requirements gathering through product acceptance/ approvalAlign the project team to customer production needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the projectReview production schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators for efficient executionProvide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve production goals and corporate initiativesCommunicate production objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectivesServe as interface between production and customers, vendors, internal stakeholders and project sponsor(s)Manage development of production plans with focus on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives, including project specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or metricsResponsible for recognizing production’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraintsDrive production projects to completion in accordance with the goals set for delivery quantities and quality metrics.Coordinate the efforts of the team to develop an integrated production plan and risk analysis with action plans to mitigate the risks.Management of Resource capacity and time tracking for people and equipment allocated to the production projects.Participates in the financial management and analysis of costs for projects, including Capital Expenditures Requests (CER’s) travel, training, resources allocation and other project related costsAccountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope managementReport project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the resultsProvide leaders with updates, including greatest opportunities for improvementRecognize potential problem areas against the plan and identify and implement alternative solutionsIdentify best solutions to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems)Provide key stakeholders with regular project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of corrective actions (if required)Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics managementDemonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priorityDrive relevant, concise and effective communication throughout the production group, and from production toward the rest of the companyComply with and provide leadership toward the company safety and security policiesMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

How will you get here? 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Experience: 

Minimum 2 years work-related experience required in a supervisory/management role or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experienceMinimum 2 years project management experience or related disciplinePrevious experience in manufacturing environment highly desired: Engineering, Test, Quality, Planning, Materials, etcProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification desirable

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
