Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you'll plan single or multiple projects, range in complexity. These capital projects will require inter-disciplinary engineering teams, engineers and partners. You will manage all aspects of project safety, scope development, cost estimates, regular cost forecasts and schedule by collaborating within the engineering organization and with other departments. We ask that you manage all resources and influence team members to resolve issues and manage conflict. Knowledge of technology employed in the food industry and would also understand how the application of the technologies impacts their partners. Navigate staged gate processes to take a project from concept to production.
Responsibilities Include:Manage a range of medium to large projectsManage multiple project staffs of up to 5 - 15 engineering professionals (may be a combination of internal and consulting engineers)Ensure that all project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed and are delivered within safety, cost, schedule and performance success criteriaExternal interaction will include, however, is not limited to, equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering services contractors, local / state / federal government agencies, and co-manufacturing organizations.Complete assigned projects by using workflows with Innovation, Operations and Platform GroupsApproximately 75% Travel is required to internal and co-manufacturer manufacturing plants, vendors, suppliers, engineering service providers, and any other sites required to complete projects. Travel will involve domestic and international.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 4 years of Project Management ExperienceOR 8 years of equivalent Project Management experience in the food or pharmaceutical or industrial industriesDirect accountability for projects with complexity of at least $5 millionEnd-to-end Project Management ExperienceWe ask that you travel up to 75% travel within North AmericaRemote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airportAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.#LI-PM2

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
