CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing QC Documentation Specialist in the Bethel, CT area!

The Quality Documentation Specialist is responsible for the creation, review, and management of quality-related shipping documents for manufactured products. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Create and review Certificates of Compliance (CoC), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and Certificates of Test (CoT) for products being shipped to customers.
• Review and verify product and shipping labels for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, stockroom, shipping, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements for documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from engineers and customer service in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform data entry and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency in all records.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and organized documentation records.
• Manage document storage and ensure proper filing of all quality-related documents.
• Stamp or approve acceptable parts and complete associated paperwork as necessary.
• Review documents for compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Maintain 5S in the designated work area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC) within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), including data entry, document creation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to various variables in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
