Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Inspect materials, products for conformance to specifications in compliance with documented procedures and in accordance with stipulated deadlinesProper dispositioning for products and material not meeting the specificationsReport inspection results with those responsible and recommend corrective actions when necessaryTo maintain accurate and inspectable inspection resultsTo establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliersDevelop and maintain specialized technical expertise to provide support for existing productsDrive LEAN implementation as requiredComply with EHS regulations & policiesTo manage authorized Quality Control signatoryMay hold safety appointments for inspection environments

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulationsComplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredHave knowledge and understanding of QC inspection procedures to ensure products conform to specificationsEnsure the creation of accurate, complete, and timely records
