WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Conducting regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, such as defect rates, scrap levels, and customer complaints, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborating with engineering, production, and other departments to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Utilizing quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.

Participating in process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation.

Evaluating and qualifying suppliers based on their ability to meet quality requirements and standards.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality agreements and specifications.

Working with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and inspections.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.

5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing quality engineering roles.

Strong understanding of quality management systems.

Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in quality.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry is a plus.
