- Implement and manage CAPA processes.- Perform Root Cause Analysis.- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Utilize Poka-Yoke methodology for Zero Defects Quality Control.- Conduct internal and supplier quality audits.- Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, inspection criteria, and SOPs.- Provide training and support to production staff.
