The ideal candidate will help standardize and develop processes within machining, balancing, and CMM inspection operations while ensuring quality documentation is in place and supporting FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports) implementation. Key Responsibilities: * Recommend and implement process improvements for legacy and new product introduction (NPI) parts. * Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for machining and inspection processes. * Oversee CMM inspections, ensuring accuracy in data reporting and corrective actions for quality deviations. * Conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products and lead corrective action implementation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards. Desired Skills: * Senior-level experience in machining manufacturing and processing. * Hands-on experience in a machine shop environment. * Previous experience in the aerospace industry. * Strong ability to create and implement work instructions. * New Product Introduction (NPI) experience. * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to the nature of the work.
