Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Quality Engineer for our high-performance bicycle assembly to help build the best bikes in the world. You’ll ensure top-notch quality throughout the manufacturing process, working with various teams to solve issues and drive improvements. The ideal candidate has a solid background in quality assurance, sharp attention to detail, a positive, collaborative mindset, and the ability to take initiative and deliver results quickly.
Responsibilities:
Ensure our bikes consistently exceed customer expectations.Conduct audits and analyze data to spot trends and identify defects.Perform root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.Lead continuous improvement in product and process quality.Collaborate with teams across departments and globally.Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in a quality role.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), technical drawings, and statistical analysis.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and continuous improvement efforts.Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and other computer applications.An interest in cycling is a plus!Join our team to build world-class bikes and be part of a culture that values quality and innovation!
