• Ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers in accordance with customer requirements, standards and Visteon procedures.
• Identifies risk, analyses them, elevates to the correct level of management, suggests preventive and corrective actions, verifies closure of open issues.
• Build Quality RoadMap and Prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verify and release preventive and corrective actions.
• Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional team using the QRQC/8D-process and Six Sigma Methodologies when applicable for any Customer and Internally identified quality issues.
• Perform required quality audits: LPA level 2 and Process audits according to planning.
