Job Responsibilities

As our new Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Handling incoming parts quality and managing customer complaints to ensure high product reliability. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving internal and potential nonconformities in production. Overseeing the control of nonconforming parts/products to prevent quality issues. Providing daily support to production teams, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. Collaborating with our team in Tallahassee to solve quality and manufacturing challenges. Managing our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.

Background & Skills

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Manufacturing Quality Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a drive for continuous improvement. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or bring years of experience, the most important thing is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Furthermore, you have:

 

3+ years of experience from a similar role (or a strong motivation to grow in the field). Solid mechanical background with an understanding of manufacturing processes. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

 

As a person you are a proactive and solution-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are curious and eager to learn, always seeking ways to improve processes and ensure the highest quality standards. With a hands-on and collaborative mindset, you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
