We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative (Manufacturing: Textiles and Fabrication)
Note: Qualified candidates must reside in Miami, FL to be considered.
Who we are: An innovative, top window treatment company in the Netherlands rapidly expanding our territory in the U.S. We specialize in high-end, custom drapery ubiquitous in luxury hospitality and office settings.
What we need: A Territory Sales Rep with depth of experience in B2B fabrication and textile sales and extensive knowledge of window treatment solutions. You must be a tech-savvy motorization expert and a true road warrior with a demonstrated track record of making connections, growing territories, and providing exceptional client experience to be considered for this role.
Where you'll sell: As the Territory Sales Representative, you will focus on expanding the Northeast market.
What you'll sell: Custom window treatment textiles and components to fabricators and dealers in the region. This is an incredible B2B sales opportunity with a reputable company that has been creating innovative, custom window treatment solutions for over 30 years!
Our Offer:
+ $70-100k Base Salary, experience-dependent
+ Bonus Structure
+ TRUE first-year earning potential of $150k+
+ 20 days of PTO
+ 401k with a 3% match
+ Health Insurance (approximately 90% paid by the company)
+ Dental and Vision insurance also available through employer.
+ Fully remote position with required travel (see details below).
+ Company-paid travel expenses and credit card.
+ Technology provided: Laptop, Extra Computer Screen, Phone.
Travel Expectations:
+ Monthly travel to territory required. Approximately 1 week stay/month.
+ Quarterly travel for trade shows and events.
+ Once-yearly international travel for paid training at our hub in the Netherlands.
+ Occasional onsite training at our domestic hub in Miami.
Your Purpose:
+ Work with the Territory Sales Manager to develop and execute a market strategy
+ Service existing accounts, establish new accounts, and develop new distribution channels across the Southwest through brand awareness
+ Support your manufacturer and fabricator accounts in their efforts to sell our products
+ Utilize leading-edge data, information systems, metrics, financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits through price optimization
+ Travel to and from client meetings through in-state and out-of-state travel, supplementing with virtual connections
+ Attend the busy trade show season throughout the last and first quarter of the year
+ Attend training and annual meetings both in the Netherlands and Miami
Required Experience:
+ Sales experience within the industry of Window Coverings or a similar industry
+ A love for tech and experience with window treatment innovations such as motorization
+ Experience selling B2B to a manufacturer or fabricator
+ Experience covering large territories from the ground up while given little to no portfolio of business
+ Experience with CRM software and PC literacy
+ Strong phone and virtual presence with an ability to build rapport through those mechanisms
+ Desire and ability to travel: travel will be busier in the first and second quarter of the year (Examples of travel include quarterly trade shows and annual meetings in the Netherlands and Miami)
+ Driver’s License
+ Ability to obtain a passport if not possessed already
