Manufacturing Set Up Technician
Adecco Staffing is assisting a well-known Medical Device Manufacturing facility in Chelmsford MA with their needs for a Production Associate on 1st shift.. **Hours:** 7am – 3:30pm, Monday-Friday **Pay:** $20/HR **POSITION SUMMARY:** Position is responsible for kitting meters / electrodes/ 5pks/ and solution kits, and shipping orders, and other duties as assigned. Principle Duties/Responsibilities: Print bill of materials (BOM). Pull all components on the (BOM) for assembly. Print labels for kits. Follow work instructions. Transact all transactions in ERP system correctly. Cycle count items daily. Put all new material away in correct locations. Maintain a clean/organized work area. Follow safety regulations as outlined in procedures. Wear appropriate PPE. Follow Departmental Procedures (DP) and General Procedures (GP) that are related to the department. Assist in operation of the shipping orders. Shrink Wrap pallets. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and all appropriate regulations (ISO) Other related duties as assigned. Work in warehouse area with exposure to chemical, mechanical and electrical hazards. Will be required to handle Hazardous Materials for kitting and shipping. Will operate pallets Jacks and 2-Wheeler / Dollies. **REQUIREMENTS:** High School Diploma or GED required Two (2) years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Must be able to read and write in English. Able to stand on feet for long period of time. Basic Math skills Ability to use a computer Read and understand Engineering Documentation. Ability to lift 45 pounds periodically in the day. **INTERESTED?
