We have been making a difference in the lives of Irish people since 1946. **Purpose of the Role:** As a Manufacturing Shift Lead, you will support and develop a team of process leads, developmental process leaders, and operations processors. You will ensure that production targets and schedules are met while implementing and maintaining processes that enhance productivity. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be key in expanding our fast-paced, inclusive environment.
