Join a World-Leading Pharmaceutical Innovator as a Manufacturing Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ

PDS Tech Commercial and our top global pharmaceutical leader client are seeking Manufacturing Specialists (Cell Management) in Morris Plains, NJ. In this critical role, you will support the production of life-saving treatments by managing Apheresis Receipt, Final Product Packaging, Day and Harvest transfers, and Inventory Management—all within a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.

Shift Availability (candidates must be open to work either shift)

Tuesday-Sunday 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Sunday-Thursday 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.91 - $27.53 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to SOPs, WPs, and batch records to ensure Right First-Time performance.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry, and maintain training compliance.

Maintain Manufacturing Support areas in an "audit-ready" state.

Operate systems such as LIMS, SAP, and MES.

Support cycle counts, internal projects, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Oversee Apheresis Receipt, Final Product Packaging, and related activities, ensuring proper storage, inspection, and shipping.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle chemicals safely.

Pay Details: $24.91 to $27.53 per hour
