You will be responsible for performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. That includes developing an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Manufacturing Specialist - Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising all cladding activities to ensure production schedules are met.Monitoring machine performance and ensure optimal utilization of resources, oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of cladding equipmentLeading train, and develop shift personnel, including operators and technicians, conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.Promoting teamwork and maintain a positive work environmentEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conducting safety talks, inspections, and incident investigations as needed Identifying and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency, participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives, drive cost-saving initiatives and reduce wasteCoordinating with other departments, including Maintenance, Planning, and Quality, report shift performance, issues, and key metrics to the Cladding Cell Leader, Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and incidents..Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or a related field.Have 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, welding, or cladding, preferably in the oil & gas industry.Have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership roleWork in a way that works for you
