A day in the Life:Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.Strictly adhere to and enforce safety and quality protocols.Collaborate with team members to determine and resolve any operational challenges.Keys to Success:

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience is required.ExperiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing role.Proven ability to work in a sterile environment.Experience with operating and maintaining complex equipment.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of sterile processing techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires standing for extended periods and working in a controlled environment. Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
