providing corrective action where neededDelivers complete and accurate Pass Down information to the next shift when applicableEnsures employees are paid for all time worked by reviewing, editing, and approving
timecards; when corrections are made in Kronos, complete the proper form(s)Strives to maintain compliance with EICC guidelines by monitoring employee’s overtime

How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will manage electronics production and a team of 30 manufacturing personnel on 2nd shift to ensure daily delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met.
Shift Schedule: M-F 2:30P-10:30P ( some weekend overtime required)

Education:
HS Diploma or EquivalentExperience:
2 years of leadership experience with 10 or more peopleExperience in an industrial environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
