**Job Title: Team Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead/Supervisor responsible for tracking production quality through the manufacturing process. You will utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reduce and eliminate rework, making critical decisions on hiring and firing based on performance metrics. Your role includes prioritizing tasks, communicating effectively, and motivating the team to ensure timely delivery of products, meeting customer demand. The shift runs from 6 am/7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work as needed.
