Job Description
Reporting to the COO, the role of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to ensure manufacturing operations provide quality products on-time to customers. The successful candidate will support a high-volume manufacturing operation, demanding flawless execution of the weekly production plan. The individual is responsible for ensuring employee safety and well-being while driving efficiency across the supply chain. The candidate must have a track record of managing people utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decisions and must be a team player, working with cross-functional leaders in support of the overall strategy.
