Job Description
Reporting to the COO, the role of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to ensure manufacturing operations provide quality products on-time to customers. You will support a high-volume manufacturing operation, demanding flawless execution of the weekly production plan. The role includes ensuring employee safety and well-being while driving efficiency across the supply chain. The successful candidate must have a track record of managing people using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decisions and must be a team player, working with cross-functional leaders to support overall strategy.

The position is located in Rensselaer, NY and is fully onsite. The role requires working the 2nd shift, from 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual. The facility has a team of 100 employees, with 25 employees on the 2nd shift, and features 42 automated machines. The company is expanding with an additional 100,000 sq ft facility in 2025 to support the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00
3 weeks vacation time (120 hours); health, dental & vision benefits partially paid by the employer; 401k match up to 4%. Full-time, permanent position!
