We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a diverse team of union-represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on overseeing the soldering, bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team’s goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.
Our manufacturing shifts are first, second and weekend shifts 4/10 schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent years of combined experience and education.
Microsoft office suite experience
Prior leadership/management experience in a complex manufacturing environment
Must have the ability to work a second shift work schedule
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership
Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
Experience working and leading in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Test and Assembly Experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
