Kerry Utrecht:
Kerry Utrecht produces hydrolysed proteins that are used in the food industry in confectionery, special food for patients in hospitals and baby food. The production department ensures the correct production of the hydrolysed proteins. The production has to deal with a lot of administration such as processing and checking process orders in SAP, archiving quality documents, correctly administering worked hours in a new attendance system and ordering materials and office supplies in Coupa. Eventually, the Manufacturing support will also be involved in improvements in production such as updating procedures.
Initially, this is a one-year contract followed by a review and ultimately an offer of permanent employment. The role is 100% on site, Monday to Friday only day shifts with flexible start and finish time. It is a salaried role paid monthly.
Key responsibilities:
Checking process orders in SAP and if necessary solving errors in process orders. Checking and archiving quality documents such as cleaning checklists. Keeping track of attendance using a new attendance system. Ordering materials and office supplies in Coupa. Making improvements in production such as updating procedures.
Qualifiactions and skills:
We are looking for a candidate at MBO level, who has experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and has an affinity with administrative processes and systems. The ideal candidate also has experience in a production environment such as the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemistry or bakery. The candidate must have a reasonable command of the English language, due to working with SAP and possible communication with Kerry colleagues in Ireland. We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and solve problems by communicating effectively with colleagues within the Kerry Utrecht branch or with colleagues in other Kerry branches that have already implemented these methods. In addition, it is important to have an affinity with a production environment. The work is carried out within a small team with short lines and informal manners.
