**Job Title: Manufacturing Support Associate** **Job Description** Under the direction of the Manufacturing Lead, support manufacturing operations to meet strategic department objectives. Responsibilities include preparing cleaning and sanitizing solutions, performing regular cleaning of manufacturing areas, replenishing materials, and transporting products as required. **Responsibilities** + Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of controlled and classified manufacturing areas. + Replenish manufacturing components, materials, and supplies in all processing areas. + Transport bright stock and finished products to and from staging as required according to the manufacturing schedule. + Conform to current good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices, adhering to all safety regulations. + Attend and participate in daily shift meetings to communicate events and issues to the manufacturing team. + Perform other duties as assigned by manufacturing management. **Essential Skills** + 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing. + 1-2 years of experience in sanitation and GMPs. + Experience as a material handler and forklift operation. + Experience in quality control, machine operating, and assembly. + Knowledge of FDA compliance and SOPs. + Critical thinking skills to work through complex issues with equipment. + Ability to wear all PPE provided for cleaning and manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food manufacturing or chemical manufacturing. + CNC experience and mechanical inclination. + Experience in highly technical and robotic automation environments. + Experience in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical facility is ideal. **Why Work Here?** Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to ensuring quality generic medications are accessible and affordable to everyone.
