What You Will Be Doing
Join Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC, as a Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate and be part of an innovative team driving excellence in aerospace manufacturing. In this dynamic role, you will support production, business operations, and continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative, team-based environment. Your work will span various critical areas such as production planning, quality management, material management, and process optimization to ensure seamless and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production processes and deliver high-quality results.
- Engage in production planning and control activities to meet schedule and operational requirements.
- Apply total quality management principles to ensure product and process excellence.
- Contribute to manufacturing systems and process reengineering to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Partner with equipment and facilities engineering teams to support optimal operations
- Facilitate and provide training to self-directed work teams and peers in core skills and best practices.
- Serve as a resource to internal and external customers, addressing product planning, problem-solving, and process improvement needs.
- Leverage expertise in manufacturing operations to drive results and improve workflows.

Basic Qualifications:
-Tool Control Experience.
-Experience in inventory control/audits/cycle
counts and annual inspections.
-Experience in manufacturing/maintenance environment.
-Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
-SAP, AMCS, Maximo experience or industry used MRP/ERP systems.
Desired Skills:
-Attention to detail and strong record-keeping.
-Experience with Perishables/Consumables
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Sound critical thinking skills.
-Customer service experience.
-Strategic purchasing.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
